Introduction
The adaptiveRF IPML-10 Wireless Bridge introduces new capabilities for simple and effective wireless data transmission and streaming applications.
Key features of the IPML-10 are: plug and use operation, complete portability and good throughput close to range limits. IPML-10s operate in point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and repeater modes without requiring administration and each unit is identical.
Applications
Ideally suited to professional wireless streaming applications, the IPML-10 provides all the normal networking features normally associated with wired LAN without the wires and over much greater distances.
OFDM Modulation
The use of industry-recognised OFDM modulation means that the IPML-10 is ideal for use in near and non-line-of-sight environments. Use of multiple narrowband carriers means that multi-path reflections are not an issue.
Portability
The IPML-10 is truly portable, capable of operating continuously without external power for up to 2 hours between charges. This makes it ideal for outdoor events, temporary surveillance, field testing and site monitoring.
The unit also boasts an auxiliary power output suitable for powering IP cameras, wired hubs and routers or similar devices.
Charge control is fully integrated and if necessary the integral battery charges when the IPML-10 is powered via the supplied external adapter, or another suitable 12V external source.
Customisation/OEM
